Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Closer responsible for closing
loans in compliance with company and U.S. Small Business
Administration policies.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance during
loan closings
Review loan approval documentation and establish closing
checklists
Maintain communication with borrowers and manage pre-closing
requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Understanding of Title Reports, Searches, Insurance, Mortgage, UCC,
and lease documentation
Experience with SBA Loan Closing preferred
Proficiency in file management and database software
Ability to manage a large volume loan queue and meet tight
deadlines
