Continental Floral Greens is seeking an experienced Divisional Controller to oversee financial operations and drive efficiency across our PNW locations.LOCATION & SCHEDULE-- Hybrid position based in Shelton, WA.-- Full-timeKEY RESPONSIBILITIES -- Manage accounting operations, including General Ledger, Inventory/Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.-- Assist the Corporate Controller with financial reporting, audits, and compliance with property, state, and local tax regulations.-- Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closings, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.-- Maintain fixed asset register and ensure proper depreciation tracking.-- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and industry regulations.-- Partner with operations teams to optimize financial reviews, spending, and inventory management.-- Lead financial system improvements, automation, and reporting capabilities.-- Support external audits by ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.-- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial and operational efficiency.-- Foster a positive team dynamic and contribute to the company's vision, mission, and values.Requirements:WHO YOU ARE-- A strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.-- A proactive leader who excels in team collaboration and cross-functional communication.-- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.-- A finance professional with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and operational efficiency.QUALIFICATIONS-- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).-- 6+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or agriculture management.-- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.-- Experience with cost accounting and ERP systems.-- Proficiency in cloud-based ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.-- CPA or CMA certification preferred. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
