A company is looking for a Customer Engineer II, specializing in
the Retail Industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify business opportunities while developing
strategies to resolve technical blockers
Support the technical relationship with customers through
technology advocacy and proof-of-concept work
Lead prospecting efforts and build customer relationships as a
trusted advisor on technology and business decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a
customer-facing or support role
Experience with cloud engineering, virtualization, or
containerization platforms
Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executive
leaders
Experience in the Retail Industry
