Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and
accreditation requirements
Analyze performance data to identify trends and create improvement
plans
Provide coaching and performance management to staff and
leaders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Active, unrestricted Nursing license (RN) in the state of hire
4+ years of experience in a healthcare setting as a nurse
2+ years leading a clinical team in a managed care plan or
healthcare organization
Strong computer literacy and ability to work in multiple
platforms
