Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a global learning strategy to enhance
leadership capabilities and support career growth
Develop structured leadership development pathways and innovative
learning experiences for employees at all levels
Establish metrics to evaluate learning program effectiveness and
align initiatives with business priorities
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in organizational development or talent strategy,
preferably in a remote, high-growth environment
Expertise in leadership development and coaching models
Strong experience with learning technologies and data-driven
approaches to measure effectiveness
Ability to influence and collaborate with executives and
cross-functional teams
Experience leading large-scale change initiatives focused on
culture and team effectiveness
