Job Description:

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Operations Manager, 100% Remote.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop teams handling inbound support and outbound engagement campaigns
Oversee daily call center operations, including scheduling and quality assurance
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and implement performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field and/or 5+ years of healthcare call center management experience
Proven experience with call center technologies and ticketing systems
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and technology
Experience in workforce management and scheduling tools
Strong leadership and team development abilities
