Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Management Analyst
responsible for managing and providing business insights on
contracts related to digital health partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary business representative in contract
negotiations, ensuring business needs are reflected in
agreements
Lead the review and execution of various agreements, acting as the
main point of contact for partners
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain oversight
of contract performance and obligations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 2-4 years of experience in
contract management or related fields
Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and agreement
management
Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements, including
HIPAA and data security laws
Strong business acumen to assess the financial and operational
impact of contract terms
Experience in healthcare, digital health, or government contracting
environments is preferred
