Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage the Company's comprehensive state licensing
program
Manage state regulatory examinations in the lending, servicing, and
collections space
Create standard documentation to effectively organize
customer-facing and financial services compliance materials
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or similar
3-5 years of experience obtaining and maintaining state licenses
and/or managing regulatory exams
3-5 years of experience working with consumer lending laws and
regulations
Strong analytical skills
Strong organizational skills
