Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Registrar to manage the
Office of the Registrar and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations through audits
and knowledge maintenance
Oversee staff training and development to maintain comprehensive
resources
Analyze productivity and customer service levels, providing
recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
Experience in a Registrar's office within higher education
Strong understanding of applicable state and federal
regulations
Experience managing departmental resources and budgets
Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar educational data systems
Ability to implement changes in processes and procedures
effectively
