Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Payments and
Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with third-party payment processing partners
and handle customer escalations
Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and
develop internal and external content related to integrated
payments
Oversee day-to-day operations of third-party partnerships and
support the onboarding of new partners
Key Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in payments operations, project management,
or partnerships
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent
experience
Adaptable and willing to learn new skills
Self-motivated with experience managing multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment
Payments and/or fintech experience preferred
