Job Description:
A company is looking for a Governmental Advisory Services
Manager - Remote Eligible.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee advisory engagements related to state and local government
financial, operational, and policy issues
Manage a team performing assessments of processes and internal
controls, providing recommendations for improvements
Ensure client accounting and financial reporting objectives are
met, including reconciliations and financial reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related
field
5-10 years of experience in the government industry, including
supervisory experience
Active licensure as a Certified Public Accountant or a relevant
professional certification preferred
Advanced knowledge of government accounting and financial
management standards
Experience in developing client relationships and pursuing new
business opportunities
