A 100 bed hospital in Northwest Washington is looking for a Nurse Manager to join their Medical Surgical team! This facility strongly holds themselves to quality patient care for each individual patient in a comfortable, modern, and wonderful setting. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a positive work environment for nursing staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise in medical surgical nursing, and the ability to effectively manage resources and personnel. There are a few requirements in order to be considered for the Nurse Manager position which include:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current WA state licensure.
• Bachelor s degree in Nursing required; Master s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical surgical nursing, with 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Excellent organizational skills The hospital is located in a family friendly town in the Seattle area.
