We are seeking a Sales Director IT Staffing & Consulting to lead
the growth of our staffing services practice. This role is ideal
for a strategic, client-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and has a strong background in IT staffing sales. If
you're passionate about helping clients solve talent challenges
while growing a high-performing sales pipeline, we want to connect

What You'll Do: Drive new business development specifically within
the IT staffing space, targeting mid to enterprise-level
clients.
Build and nurture lasting relationships with hiring managers,
procurement leaders, and key client stakeholders.
Create and execute strategic sales plans focused on delivering
top-tier IT talent and staffing solutions.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client needs are met with
speed and precision.
Lead client negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract
management to close high-value deals.
Maintain deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
in IT staffing.
What We're Looking For: 8+ years of experience in IT staffing
sales, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of the staffing lifecycle, candidate sourcing,
and delivery models.
Proven ability to open new accounts and grow existing relationships
in a competitive market.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
preferred.
