Employer Description:Outpatient physical therapy clinic providing a wide range of physical therapy services to patients from late elementary-aged children to 65+ years old.Compensation:$90k-$100k per year.Benefits Offered:MedicalDentalVision401(k) with 3% matchUnlimited CE allowancePaid time off$5000 SignOn bonusQuarterly profit sharingMentorshipRequirements of the Physical TherapistNew grads and experienced therapists welcome to apply.Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college.Current Physical Therapist license in Washington state.We WebPT.Job info and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:Prosperous and growing physical therapy clinic is seeking an upbeat physical therapist for long term commitment to provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients ranging from about 10 years old to 65+.Your responsibilities will include:Establishing a diagnosis and treatment plan for patients ranging from late elementary-aged children to 65+ years oldUtilizing WebPT to complete notes in a timely fashion within 3 days from date of service.Meeting company standards for metrics/stats for your caseload.Meeting once a month with the owner.Meeting once weekly as a group.During structured 6-8 week onboarding receive business education on the "why" behind the standards for the various metrics/stats.Writing 3-5 sentence discharge letters to patients upon graduation from PT.Obtaining 1+ reviews per month or 12+ per year from patients to help with SEO.Personal qualities we are looking for would be:Want to provide 1:1 care where you have full control over the outcomes of your patients.Seeking hands-on continuing education and would like to become COMT certified, if not already.Really value teamwork.
