A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service
Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound service calls
Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email
communications
Navigate through multiple systems and tools
Qualifications:
Must be 18+ years of age
High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
Must pass a background check and drug-screen
Must have a dedicated, quiet work environment free of
distractions
Minimum internet speed requirements: 15 mbps download and 5 mbps
