  BLS
  'Must have' skills experience with HIV, SUD, MH, wound care is helpful, not required. De-escalation skills are helpful, not required. Must have the ability to meet clients "where they are" w/o judgement of their circumstance / lifestyle / diagnoses, ability to show empathy / compassion. Ability to remain calm in high stress situations is a must. Ability to 'listen' to clients w/o judgement is a must.
