About the Role (Job Summary)

As a vital part of our Central Fill pharmacy in Everett, WA, you'll play a key role in delivering patient-level prescriptions for a major retail national chain. This position is NOT eligible for relocation assistance. You must reside within a commutable distance to the Everett, WA location.

Target Salary: $20-21/hr.

What You'll Do

• Accurately process orders for shipping, ensuring prescriptions are securely packed and prepared for delivery.
• Fold and pack accompanying paperwork with prescriptions, maintaining order accuracy.
• Sort orders by store location, placing them in totes for efficient shipping.
• Load products into delivery trucks, adhering to safety protocols.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Uphold and promote our ICARE principles to enhance our collaborative team culture.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals. What We're Looking For (Critical Skills)
  • Pharmacy Assistant certification as required by WA state (must be obtained by first day of employment)
  • Physical capability to lift and carry 20-25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift (8+ hours per day).
  • Flexibility to bend, twist, reach, and grasp as needed. Specialized Knowledge & Skills
    • Ability to follow detailed instructions in a high-paced production environment.
    • Strong problem resolution skills, with the ability to recognize, address, and escalate issues to management.
    • Proficiency in adhering to federal and state HIPAA laws and pharmacy standard procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy.
