Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor - SCA
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and management of the Customer Service
Department
Train customer service staff and conduct performance management
sessions
Monitor service calls and internal quality to ensure compliance
with company policies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of an Associate's Degree from an accredited institution
4+ years of experience in a call center environment
One year of experience in a supervisory role
Knowledge of medical terminology and ACD phone systems
