Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Commercial Lines Team
Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of commercial service staff and oversee a book of
Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance business
Ensure accurate processing of new and renewal insurance policies
and track policy expirations
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members while
collaborating with the Managing Director and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications
2+ years of supervisory experience
5+ years of commercial lines insurance agency/brokerage
experience
2+ years recent experience using AMS360
An active Property and Casualty license
Sales and service focused with a commitment to client
satisfaction
