Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst II to manage payroll
processing and compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and review payroll processing systems for accurate and
timely payroll transactions
Process payroll updates for new hires, terminations, promotions,
and other pay changes
Research tax notices and execute state tax filings for multiple
entities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or
equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in payroll operations or related fields
FPC or CPP certification is a plus
Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and strong knowledge of tax
compliance regulations
Experience in a startup or high-growth company is preferred
