- Lead and advise clients on the planning, delivery, and
management of Enterprise Application transformation and
modernization initiatives.
- Help grow and shape our Digital & Tech Modernization practice
by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products
and service offerings.
- Drive business development through the deepening of existing
Point B client relationships and the identification of new clients
not yet served.
- Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation by helping to

WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:
- Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree.
- 6-8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and
Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution.
- Hands-on experience in Enterprise Application modernization
advisory, and program/delivery leadership.
- Experience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise
Application SaaS solutions: CRM, SCM, ERP, POS, Restaurant Front of
House and Back of House Applications.
- Enterprise Architecture Planning, selection, & implementation
strategic advisory project services.
- Developed holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for
client Enterprise-wide Applications initiatives.
- Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to
the growth of a practice area.
- Demonstrated an ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor
to senior leadership teams.
- Provided leadership across multiple industries (Retail,
Restaurant/Hospitality, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Media &
Entertainment, and Financial Services) and a variety of business
functional areas (Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Restaurant

AND BENEFITS:The estimated salary range for this role is $131,000 -
$164,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by
local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a
number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills,
education, experience, and unique qualifications where
applicable.Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are
based upon individual contributions and overall firm
