Job Description:

The main function of a software engineer is to help with the manual devops for fine-tuned models. To be specific, we need a vendor to help manage hands-on deployments for fine-tuned Large Language Models (LLMs).Job Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a project team to coordinate LLM FT Deployments.
• Review project requests describing user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish the project.Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing, and delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems.Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field required.
• 5-7 years of experience required.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.34 to $64.83 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
