Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Procurement and
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Structure and negotiate inbound contracts and provide counsel on
contract-related matters
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement and
compliance initiatives
Develop and manage the company's compliance program and third-party
risk management strategy
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from an accredited law
school
Active bar membership in good standing in at least one
jurisdiction
Minimum of 6-10 years of commercial transactions and/or compliance
legal experience
Experience in strategic IT procurement and outsourced services
Proven track record of developing and implementing corporate
compliance programs
