Job Description:
A company is looking for an In-House Healthcare Regulatory
Compliance Attorney (Contract and Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance on healthcare regulatory compliance matters,
including fraud and abuse laws
Develop and implement compliance policies and protocols in
collaboration with business leaders
Address legal issues related to speaker programs, promotional
activities, and healthcare reimbursement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance
Strong knowledge of the Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims
Act
Experience with multi-state regulatory matters in the healthcare
industry
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in state of residence and in good
standing
