Job Description:
A company is looking for a Substance Use Disorder Counselor -
Onsite or Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Leading individual and group counseling sessions with compassion
and professionalism
Designing, managing, and documenting treatment plans tailored to
patient needs
Conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments and coordinating
aftercare plans
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in social or health services from
an accredited institution
Relevant experience and knowledge in addiction recovery and/or
medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
Master's degree or specific certifications (CAC, CAS, CADC, CRC,
LADC, LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) preferred or commitment to obtain
within 60 days of hire
Bachelor's-level applicants without credentials are welcome if
committed to obtaining credentials within 30-60 days of
employment
