A company is looking for a Senior Pro Product Specialist,
Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial service companies
to drive product success and customer retention
Analyze product adoption data to identify insights and potential
risks, and provide customized solutions
Collaborate with Pro Implementation and Account Management teams to
enhance customer experience and product utilization
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing multiple accounts or 1+ year in a
relevant role within the home services industry
BA/BS degree preferred
Intermediate understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue
business models
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment
Proven ability to manage multiple projects using data-driven
decision-making
