Key Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding processes through various calls while
providing product enablement
Create and maintain internal documentation and customer records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless
customer experience
Required Qualifications
Experience in tech SaaS companies, particularly in AI, crypto, or
software sectors
Ability to deploy on Vercel and explain workflows clearly
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple
priorities
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Notion, and AI
tooling
