Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transaction Clerk in the Mergers &
Acquisitions and Private Equity practice.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating transactions from inception to closing
Utilize AI-enabled legal technology to review and analyze corporate
documents
Support the preparation of corporate legal documents and manage
transaction schedules
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required with a strong academic background
Prior legal or office experience is helpful but not required
Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, including
evenings and weekends
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft
Office
A passionate desire to work in the legal industry is essential
