Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Patient Care Advocate in
Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Handles inbound and outbound calls regarding medications and
pharmacy services
Updates patient records with insurance information and coordinates
follow-up tasks
Collaborates with teams to provide customer service and connects
patients with pharmacists as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Experience in customer service with a focus on quality
standards
Basic PC skills, including familiarity with MS Windows and MS
Office Suite
Preferred experience in healthcare or related industries
Ability to learn proprietary software and work with multiple
systems
