Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriter to evaluate loan
applications for manufactured housing financing.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan applications and supporting documentation for
manufactured housing loans
Assess the creditworthiness of borrowers by analyzing financial
statements and relevant information
Ensure compliance with lending regulations and collaborate with
team members to address application deficiencies
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Loan Underwriter or in a similar role,
preferably with manufactured housing loans
Deep understanding of underwriting guidelines and compliance
requirements specific to manufactured housing
Proficiency in analyzing financial documents, including credit
reports and tax returns
Familiarity with loan origination systems and mortgage underwriting
software
Strong analytical skills for evaluating creditworthiness and
risk
