Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escalations Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Support internal and external customers with inquiries and
complaints regarding financial products and services
Conduct investigative steps to identify issues and perform
initiatives to resolve client concerns
Classify risks in the case management system and escalate
non-routine client concerns to supervisors
Required Qualifications
2+ years of contact experience in a Financial Services environment
or equivalent experience
Direct customer service experience in a call center environment
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
Experience interacting positively with difficult or irate
customers
