Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Full Stack Technical Lead to join our team and drive the development of innovative web applications. As a Full Stack Technical Engineer, you will work closely with team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET and Angular. You will play a crucial role in architectural decisions, code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the development team in designing and implementing web applications using .NET and Angular.Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Participate in architectural discussions and decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and reliability of applications.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies requiredBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and Angular 4/5/6/7/8. Should have at least 3 years of Technical Lead experience.Strong understanding of web development principles and best practicesExperience with RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and cloud services (e.g., Azure).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Optional skills and skill proficienciesExperience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
