About the job you're consideringWe are looking for a dedicated
Senior Support Engineer to join our Collaborate Platform
Engineering team and provide exceptional support for our
collaboration platforms.As a Senior Support Engineer in the
Collaborate Platform Engineering team at Capgemini, you will be
responsible for providing advanced technical support for our
collaboration platforms. You will work closely with development
teams, product managers, and customers to resolve complex technical
issues and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Your
roleProvide advanced technical support for collaboration platforms,
ensuring timely resolution of issues.Solve and resolve complex
technical problems related to platform performance, integration,
and functionality.Collaborate with development teams to identify
and address root causes of issues.Conduct code reviews and provide
feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.Document
technical solutions and create knowledge base articles to assist in
future issue resolution.Mentor and guide junior support engineers,
fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay
updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide
innovative solutions to customers.Participate in on-call rotations
to provide 24/7 support as needed!Your skills and experienceWe are
looking Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
related field.We are looking Proven experience as a Support
Engineer or similar role, with expertise in collaboration
platforms.Strong understanding of web development principles and
standard methodologies.Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL databases,
and cloud services (e.g., Azure).Excellent problem-solving skills
and ability to solve complex issues.Strong communication skills,
with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical
collaborators!Familiarity with Agile development
methodologies.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving
skills.Always eager to learn and improve.Strong interpersonal and
writing skills.Optional skills and skill proficienciesExperience
with collaboration tools and platforms (e.g., Teams,
SharePoint).Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.Experience with

$125,292]. This role may be eligible for other compensation

compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
