Requisition SummaryPACCAR Parts Division is seeking a Desktop
Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT Operations Team. In this
role, you will oversee the IT ticketing system, manage inventory,
and maintain effective communication with end-users.Job Functions /
Responsibilities
- Use the IT Service Management system, address IT incident
reports and service requests regarding hardware, software and
mobile devices.
- Perform hardware and software installation. When needed, guide
users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes,
procedures, and issue resolutions.
- Assist with regular IT audits to verify compliance with
security protocols and operational standards.
- Assist with deployment of new PCs and mobile devices.
- Maintain an excellent level of customer service, ensuring that
all customers are treated respectfully, efficiently and in a timely
manner.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields
required.
- 1+ year of experience in IT or related field required.
- Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware and
networking.
- Experience with software as a service (SaaS) and other software
hosting protocols.
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Experienced in providing professional and courteous customer
service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.BenefitsAs a

including your education, training, or experience. The salary range
for this position is $65,500 - $89,760 annually. Additionally, this
role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed
