Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Consultant to enhance
customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and
application support.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer satisfaction by resolving support queries across
multiple channels while adhering to SLA response times
Provide application support for cash management, bank reporting,
and financial transactions, while managing multiple support
cases
Collaborate with internal teams on escalated issues and create
knowledge base articles for complex issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience, or a master's
degree with 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience in a
support role
Knowledge of cash management, bank reporting, payments, and
financial transactions is required
Experience with treasury management systems and cloud-based
services (SaaS) is preferred
Commitment to obtain two product certifications within an agreed
timeframe
Experience in a support role for a software company providing SaaS
or cloud-based solutions is a plus
