Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicare Resource Planning Analyst to
manage scheduling functions for call center advocates focused on
Medicare Member and Provider services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage staffing changes and scheduling for network, site, and
product needs
Conduct schedule optimization and maintain VERINT Agent data
Act as a point of contact for scheduling policies and manage
vacation allotments
Required Qualifications
2+ years of workforce management experience required
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Demonstrated analytical skills with a call center background
required
Microsoft Excel knowledge required
Knowledge of VERINT and Intradiem preferred
