About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Production Engineer with a
strong background in electronic or electro-mechanical manufacturing
to lead our production engineering processes, documentation, and
improvement initiatives.In this role, you'll collaborate with
cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows, enhance
product quality, and introduce new products efficiently. You'll be
instrumental in refining our engineering documentation,
troubleshooting production challenges, and driving continuous
improvement.This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented,
problem-solving leader who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing
environment and enjoys optimizing processes to boost efficiency and
quality. Key Responsibilities - Lead Production Engineering Efforts
- Oversee engineering documentation, manufacturing processes, and
part number databases. - Drive Process Improvements - Work with the
Director of Engineering and Production Team to improve efficiency
and reduce costs. - Develop & Maintain Documentation - Create BOMs,
Manufacturing Routers, Inspection & Test Procedures, SOPs,
Drawings, and more. - Support Cross-Functional Teams - Collaborate
with Sales, Technical Support, and Quality Teams to address
production challenges. - Ensure Quality & Compliance - Review and
approve engineering changes, non-compliant materials, and
corrective action reports. - Project Management - Prioritize and
track engineering tasks, ensuring deadlines and company goals are
met. - ERP & Document Control Management - Maintain NetSuite ERP
and M-Files for efficient production tracking and part number
