  • Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
  • Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
  • WA- P&C License required
  • Self starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong and ethical performance
  • Coachable and competitive spirit
  • Analytical skills to understand complex coverage and details and underwriting guidelines
  • Certificate of insurance knowledge

    • Day Shift, 8:15 am to 5:00 pm
    • Monday - FridayOffice Manager Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
      • Office Manager experience preferred
      • GED / High School Diploma
      • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
      • Able to pass a background check
      • Able to work in the US
      • Associates degree preferred
      • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
      • Experience in an administrative, customer service, or other related role
      • WA P&C License Required
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills
      • Reliability and discretion
      • Able to pass a background check
