  • Suggest policies that fit the client's needs, budget, and coverage
  • Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients
  • Use referrals and leads to find potential client
  • Meet with clients to discuss their needs
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurance companies
  • Create marketing strategies to increase sales
  • Consider the client's long-term goals
  • Complete all requirements and submit the proposal to underwritersAccount Manager Shift Info
    • Day Shift, 8:15 am to 5:00 pm
    • Monday - FridayAccount Manager Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
      • Account Manager experience preferred
      • GED / High School Diploma
      • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
      • Coachable and competitive spirit
      • Able to work in the US
      • Strong and ethical performance
      • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
      • Experience in an administrative, customer service, or other related role
      • WA P&C License Required
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills
      • Reliability and discretion
