A company is looking for a Business Development - Pre-Sales
Services Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage system and domain expertise for client discovery and
scoping
Develop proposals, statements of work, and presentations
Maintain relationships with clients and partners to create
value-based opportunities
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in consultative selling within the HCM
or WFM industry related to UKG systems
Proven ability to support relationships with mid-level and C-level
leaders
Experience working independently without daily supervision
Ability to multi-task between different opportunities and
clients
Highly motivated and team-oriented
