Job Description:
A company is looking for a Brokerage Sales Representative to
expand their agent base and enhance sales production.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new agents to increase sales production
Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving
issues promptly
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and
maintain relationships with current agents
Required Qualifications:
Proven sales experience and knowledge of the insurance or financial
industry
Active Connecticut Life/Health License
Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience;
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
