Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to advise
and enroll prospective students through various communication
channels.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with students and match their goals with
appropriate products and services
Utilize sales tactics to close and enroll inquiries while
maintaining a focus on customer service
Provide feedback on sales obstacles and operational challenges to
leadership
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Sales or Customer Service
Experience with Salesforce and competency in MS Office and Google
Software Suite
Ability to multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced
environment
Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
