Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Customer Care Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers to ensure quality control and adherence to
deadlines
Support and mentor a team of software engineers in project
development and execution
Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets while
identifying and mitigating risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
6+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a
similar role
Proficiency in one or more software languages and development
methodologies
Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
Familiarity with software development methodologies and best
practices
