Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Art Director who will oversee
the art direction and design of publications.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the creative vision for assigned imprints and lead the design
of book covers
Collaborate with Editorial, Sales, and Marketing teams to create
visually compelling books
Mentor junior team members and oversee design workflows to ensure
project goals are met
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in book design and art direction
Strong expertise in typography, layout, and cover design
Extensive knowledge of bookmaking and advanced printing
processes
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator,
Photoshop)
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and project management
skills
