Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual market and benchmarking assessments, including global
survey participation and analysis
Oversee global pay equity analysis and collaborate with external
vendors on related practices
Manage compensation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality
standards, and alignment with project objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, HR,
Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred
8+ years of experience in global compensation analysis, design,
consulting, and operations
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with
Tableau is a plus
Experience with global HR systems, preferably Workday & People
Fluent
Strong project management skills and ability to work with diverse
teams
