Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Service
Representative - Commercial Insurance Lines I.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the insurance service email box and process insurance
certificates
Assist in obtaining underwriting information and prepare
applications for renewals and new business
Collaborate with CSR to update policies and respond to client
inquiries in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED with at least 2 years of customer
service experience in the insurance industry preferred
Valid Property and Casualty License (P&C)
Ability to read policies and understand coverage
Strong data entry skills and familiarity with computer
applications
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
