Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, providing
assistance with insurance products and services
Support customer inquiries regarding coverage, rates, billing
issues, and policy reviews
Assist customers in filing claims and offer additional products
while demonstrating empathy
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years
post-secondary education
Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
Property & Casualty license required for sales positions, with
training provided for obtaining the license
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in customer service preferred
