Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product Counsel to guide
the business on legal issues related to product development.
Key Responsibilities
Support product and feature launches from inception to launch for
assigned collections
Manage relationships with Product team members and executives
Partner with Legal experts and cross-functional teams to provide
legal counsel
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Product Counsel at a software company,
preferably in B2B SaaS
Experience in building programs from scratch
Background in a law firm and in-house legal team
Juris Doctor degree with a license to practice law in the
jurisdiction
Familiarity with technology and tools used in a fast-paced
environment
