Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
10+ years of related experience, including 5+ years leading large
projects or transformation efforts
Proven ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization
Demonstrated strategic skills and results-oriented mindset
Leadership skills, including coaching and conflict resolution
abilities
