Job Description:
A company is looking for an Ad Services Coordinator to manage
post-sale order workflows and support advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sale ad fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in order setup,
billing, and production
Validate orders against agreements and troubleshoot
discrepancies
Assist with invoicing and collecting payments for applicable
accounts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
0-1+ years of digital advertising or media experience is a plus
Knowledge of CRM, OMS, and ad platforms is a plus
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
Flexible with work schedules to accommodate various deadlines
across time zones
